About the role

As a recruiter, you will drive the entire recruitment process from job profile to hiring – with a clear focus on competency-based methodology and accurate selection decisions. You will work in an engaged team where experience exchange and learning are at the center. The role also has a particular focus on recruitment within infrastructure and project operations, where you support managers with everything from search to interviews.

Your responsibilities

  • Independently drive recruitment processes – from start to finish

  • Actively work with search via LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Apply tests such as MAP & Matrigma as part of the selection

  • Advising and guiding managers in competency-based interviews

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to strengthening the employer brand

  • Continuously develop working methods together with the team

We are looking for someone who has:

3-5 years of documented experience in competency-based recruitment.

A post-secondary education, preferably in human resources or equivalent.

Experience working with recruitment in the public sector, preferably municipal, state, or regional operations.

A certification in Assessio's tests MAP & Matrigma.

Experience working consultatively with a strong focus on candidate experience. Experience managing recruitment in technology, projects, or infrastructure.

Previous experience conducting workshops/training in recruitment for managers.

You have a professional drive combined with humility and thrive in fast-paced environments. You see the value in building long-term relationships, both with candidates and hiring managers.

Practical information:

  • Assignment period: April 28, 2025 - April 24, 2026, with the possibility of a 1-year extension.

  • Location: The office is located in Central Stockholm, with the possibility of about 50% remote work.

  • Scope: Full-time 100%
